When you’re reacting to kakera, only react to the higher ranked ones, since you can only react a few times. It’s better to wait until a higher value rolls around than spend your react power to get 200 kakera. Try your best to get keys on your higher ranked chars. Adding them to your wishlist helps a lot.
The reason why this is good is so you can do the claim-divorce method. If you have EmeraldIV, you will get the chars kakera value when you marry them. The same goes for divorcing. If you do this for high ranked characters, you can easily get a couple thousand kakera. I’d suggest doing this for the characters that have the highest kakera values. Basically these will give you better kakera quality, more kakera reaction power, and more rolls which lead to better card drops, because more rolls=more chance. Keep on building kakera towers until you have enough to get quality and quantity to a desired level (I'd say 100 but you can start them at 50/50 since this will cost you a lot of kakera). If you want to do some loots I'd level both of the together, as getting both quality and quantity to 50 is way cheaper than getting one of them to 100 first.
