Hey folks!, I use Heavy Weapons build (non Junkies/Bloodied) and the Plasma Caster its the best low consuming ammo for weak mobs (lvl 50-75), so Im looking the best roll to one-shot-kill with this weapon and I know that pre-23 patch the Instigating was the king in that, but now with the nerf I dont know what are more damage to a 100% health standar enemy (except Junkies and Bloodied)..
