The evaporator coil had been replace in 11/22 and this issue started 2/23 so i don’t thing anything could have caused a problem when the coil was replaced. When I ran the new wire to the infinity control and left off the Wi-Fi for 3-4 months the customer didn’t call with any issues or just ignored them.The Infinity controller would allow for a bit more comfort with the 3 stages of heat and it's dehumidifying capabilities. The infinity thermostat has not been great for me. I have the fancy carrier infinity thermostat. It is not worth it. I hate the controls, or lack of controls really. The ability to use a variable fan speed is a lie. The system determines fan speed and mine has never been adjustable. You can set 4 temperatures.
