I kind of broke it down like I was taking the MCAT to build stamina, so I would spend 1.5 hours doing one of the C/P decks, then I'd do 1.5 hours of bio or biochem, then I'd do 1.5 hours of the behavioral deck. You can definitely get a 515+ with Miledown. Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck. Just make sure that you get adequate practice and review in. I would use the anking overhaul deck. Do like 50-100 new cards per day. Suspend everything at the start and then unsuspend chapters as you do content review.
