With mine installed, I can't rack the slide far back enough for the slide catch to engage, and thus, I can't release the takedown lever. Also, with the recoil spring installed, it sticks out quite a bit in front.The Sig P365 X-Macro TacOps comes with a slide catch lever that protrudes further outward by about 0.055" and the lever is about 0.131" longer. So you have more leverage and because it protrudes further outward it is easier to actuate. I just installed this extended slide catch lever in my P365XL. It is noticeably easier to use.Edit: It is getting better after closing the slide for a few hours. You’ll have to fire it a few times.
