I think spell speed is going to be largely wasted for healing as your Eukrasia spells are locked at a total of a 2.5GCD (1s Eukrasia, 1.5s for follow up spell) regardless of your spell speed. It will increase your dps slightly, but so does crit or DH or Det. This makes the most sense in why my original idea was wrong.

Just an assumption but based off what little I've skimmed on the stats, for similar amounts of skill investment, Det and DH are now giving roughly the same % increase in damage output... however Det also increases healing % too.
