Sierra lists the 65 and 63 grain bullets together in the same table sharing the same data. Hodgdon's website has a load for .223 for the Sierra 63 grain SP. I'd use the Hodgdon data starting low and working up.46.5 gr CFE 223. Norma brass. CCI 200 primers. 2.870” OAL. Group measured .400” which equates to a .092” group (.091 moa). The load my rifle likes the best is 30.0 GR on top of Rem 7 1/2 primers in either Winchester or Hornaday brass.
