I knew there was a wait time so I ordered ahead for pickup to avoid that entirely. There was, of course, a line out the door but we breezed right by to head to the pickup counter. When the pizza was in the car I was practically salivating! L’industrie is the best of the “under the radar” places in NY in my opinion and better than the majority of the most popular places. I’d take their burrata or margherita over anything from Paulie Gee’s or Juliana’s or most of Roberta’s, which is still solid pizza. I think the only place in Brooklyn that makes a better pie is Lucali. Pizza #lindustrie style ️ ️
