Sep 1, 2023 · Irene Willenbring and Carl Malm get together Friday, Aug. 18, at the Lake Itasca Region Pioneer Farmers show for a reunion of students, teachers and family of Districts 15 and 21, whose schools now reside at the show grounds. Willenbring went to the Dist. 21 school for eight years, where Malm's mother was her teacher in 1934-35.
The Annual Lake Itasca Region Pioneer Farmers meeting will be held this Saturday October 15 in the Levorsen Building on the LIRPF grounds. "Lake Itasca Region Pioneer Farmers' Show". I drooled on one orphan engine that I'd never heard of. It's a Hudson Thurber.The reunion will be held at the Lake Itasca Region Pioneer Farmers grounds located at the North entrance of Itasca State Park, on June 11, 2016 at 11:00 AM. A pot-luck will be followed a short program and a social gathering. The public is invited to attend. No alcohol allowed. Service animals only - no pets.
